It’s week 3 of our second term, and we are getting right into the swing of things here at Associated Studios. Our brand-new home in Latimer Road is buzzing with our cohort of talented students, who have begun their rehearsal process for our Agent Showcase. We have welcomed new foundation and part-time students as well as some of our Australian students who are completing a fourth term of training here in London.
Through the doors over the two weeks, we have had our brilliant core tutors such as Max Reynolds, Bex Winter, Sam Spencer Lane & Dean Austin, as well as our Principal and Vocal Coach Leontine Hass, mentoring & educating our students in Acting through Song classes, Rep classes & Jazz Technique, just to name a few.
We have also had the pleasure of hosting Michael Lavine, a Broadway Vocal Coach visiting from USA, who has taken our students through their paces in several Great American Songbook Masterclasses.
Whilst we are in the winter months here in London, our Australian school is on their summer break and Briar, the General Manager has popped over to London to work alongside our Principal to prepare for 2020. We can’t wait to welcome our second year of Australian students.
Our studios are already becoming a popular hire venue for creative groups and companies in London, as our multi-functional building is ideal for one off workshops, short and long term rehearsals and everything in between!
There are many exciting events coming up in the next few months here at Associated Studios including the Industry Agent Showcase at Pineapple Dance Studios, our annual full-scale production at the Bridewell Theatre and the development of the Masters program (subject to validation) through the University of Wolverhampton; so keep your eyes peeled on our website and social media to be a part of the buzz!
