Ryan MacKenzie

Ryan’s prodigious versatility makes him one of the UK’s most highly acclaimed composer/arrangers. His fluency takes in classical, jazz, folk and pop, and he has worked as a pianist, arranger and music director for such celebrated artists as Pixie Lott, Alan Cumming, Donna McKechnie, Frances Ruffelle, Barbara Dickson, Eva Noblezada, Christina Bianco and Kerry Ellis.

Recent composition and arranging projects include work with EFG London Jazz Festival, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and RSNO. Theatre credits include Terry Gilliam’s Into the Woods, Les Misérables, West Side Story, Mary Poppins, Guys and Dolls, and a workshop of Starlight Express with Andrew Lloyd Webber and Arlene Phillips.
