The annual Associated Studios Christmas Concert will be held again on Thursday 11th December 2014 at the Actors Church, Covent Garden. The concert includes selections from musicals, opera, carols, traditional Christmas hymns and readings and will include the timeless ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ from Carousel, Handel’s brilliant ‘Let the Bright Seraphim’, ‘O Holy Night’, excerpts from Candide and Ragtime and of course ‘Silent Night’ and ‘O Come all ye Faithful’.
There will be two shows at 5pm and 8pm (roughly 70 min. each). As usual, our patron Rory Bremner will appear, as well as a host of incredible singers including bass Graeme Danby and jazz-singer Ayanna Witter-Johnson.
Last year’s concert sold out quickly, with The Stage declaring the event: “… an up-beat Christmas concert ! It’s really rather heart warming to see such a disparate group working together and creating something of such high quality.”
