Application Information

Application Process

1. Choose Your Course

We have a wide variety of industry leading Musical Theatre training for you to choose from. We also offer the option to study full or part time to best suit your needs.

Please note, even if you are applying for a specific course, our panel will consider you for all of our courses.

It is always important to audition at various schools, to get a feel for each school and go to the place which you believe is the best match for you as an individual.

2. Tell Us About You

We will ask you to tell us about yourself; your name, where you are from and your contact information.

You will also be asked to provide a cover letter, a headshot and any other supporting documents.

Please read our Application FAQ on this page if you have any questions. All of this information will be submitted electronically via our Application Form.

3. Audition

All first rounds of our auditions are currently via self-tape. Your video submission on your application form takes the place of a first-round in person singing and acting audition.

After we have received your application we will contact you within two weeks to arrange an interview time. Interviews are held over Zoom. During the interview we will ask you questions about yourself and your interest in Musical Theatre. You are also welcome to ask questions.

Recalls will take place face-to-face at Associated Studios. The Recalls will include a Dance and Acting workshop, as well as individual singing slots. Recalls may include a short hearing test. Applicants who live overseas are not required to travel to London. Should you choose not to travel, we will conduct a second round interview via Zoom.

4. Feedback

We will let you know if you have been accepted to Associated Studios within a week of your interview.
